Sam Curran makes his return to CSK in TATA IPL 2025 after stints with Punjab Kings. The English all-rounder was IPL 2023’s most expensive buy at INR 18.5 CR. The left-arm seamer’s ability to bowl at any stage of the game and his attacking batting make him a valuable asset in T20 cricket. Curran has played over 100 matches across formats for England and was even awarded the Player of the Tournament in England’s title-winning run at the T20 World Cup 2022. CSK secured him for INR 2.4 Crore at the 2025 TATA IPL Auction.
